Live the life your soul wants

4:Preparing for your session

This page provides important information on how to prepare for your session, and how you can get the most out of it.

A session may challenge your perceptions about how you see yourself, therefore you should expect to discover things that you may not immediately identify with, thus challenging your perceptions of yourself. This is part of the process of understanding yourself, and your purpose in life.

Frame of mind ^

Changing your life requires changes to your thinking. That change begins with how you approach and think about the session.

To ensure you are in the right frame of mind for the session:

  1. 1.Let go of what you expect to happen in a session, as I will probably not work like others have done. Instead, let’s focus on what your needs are, and what you want help with.
  2. 2.Start the session sharing with me your story, and your reason for the session.
  3. 3.Be specific about what you want help with. When I know where you're coming from, I can help you better.
  4. 4.You have selected me because you trust me to help you, so be relaxed, open, honest and trust in the process.

Instructions ^

During a session, we need to focus on what you need help with. That is helped by not being distracted.

To ensure a smooth-flowing session:

  1. 1.Be on your own, and where you won't be interrupted.
  2. 2.Stay focused by not doing other activities, like driving, housework, or responding to interruptions.
  3. 3.Go to the toilet beforehand.
  4. 4.For best call quality, use a wired or Bluetooth headset, or a separate speaker designed for phones. Avoid using the phone's speaker.
  5. 5.Be ready and seated at least 5 minutes before I call you.
