This site offers an invitation to pause, reflect and live truthfully.

I don’t share much about my private life, and that’s intentional. The focus isn’t on me. In the Being autistic article, I offer parts of my journey only to encourage you to explore your own.

After 25 years as a life mentor, I’ve never made my work about my story. Clients didn’t come to hear about me. My role has always been to open doors for reflection, not to tell people what to see. That same approach guides my writing here.

My experiences aren’t a survival kit. I don’t believe personal stories should become universal roadmaps. I speak as an autistic person, not for or against anyone. I don’t follow social scripts. I live on my own terms, and that might not align with mainstream views. That’s okay. I’m not here to convince you, but to invite you to look inward, to find your own inner clarity.
